I’m Danielle. Six years ago, my life was turned upside down by a mysterious set of symptoms that no one could explain. One day I could eat normally and live my life, and the next I was shaking after meals, lightheaded for no reason, anxious, dissociated, and told repeatedly that my labs were “fine.” What followed was a long, confusing stretch of doctor visits, false starts, online rabbit holes, nutritional experiments, and trying to piece together what my body was desperately trying to say.
Along the way, I learned something surprising. Thousands of people are experiencing the same post meal symptoms, the hollow feeling, the adrenaline rushes, the jittery legs, the sudden “I am not safe” sensation, yet almost no one has words for it. Research is limited, support is scattered, and most people are left to figure it out alone. I do not want anyone to go through this journey the way I had to.
My mission is simple. I want to help people feel steady again. I want to translate the science doctors rarely explain, share the practical rhythms that actually work, and create a community where your symptoms are understood instead of dismissed. Whether you have IPS, reactive hypoglycemia, post adrenergic flares, or a nervous system that is overwhelmed, you deserve a place that makes sense of it all.
What else? I grew up surrounded by music, built a career I love, and I believe that healing does not have to be lonely or terrifying. My dream afternoon is warm food, soft lighting, a cozy blanket, and the deep exhale that comes from finally feeling understood. I am glad you are here. Let us rebuild safety in your body one steady moment at a time.
